Where are these leaked documents with accurate and detailed specifications of the WiiU's main chip that are direct from Nintendo?
Going by that thread, the bloke reckons (According to the SDK, but there was also no hard numbers given, just the amount of threads.) that the WiiU has a 5x32 set-up, there is one thing wrong with that idea... And you seem smart, so I'll give you a clue. (Hint: It's red.)

Not exactly.
For instance, finFET can assist with density by roughly 15%.
Chip designers can do their own optimisations too, by choosing the best transister for a particular job.
