Well I'm surprised no one said the obvious which is sub hd and 30fps with dips ... If the PS4 is struggling to get 1080p with watch dogs then I highly doubt the WII U will fair decently in performance even with cutbacks in technical feats such as lower draw distance, no tessellation, lower texture resolutions and no anisotropic filtering to boot.
