I think that all but confirms an account based Fusion-like platform for sometime around spring March-May 2016.

I have the same feeling that they are basically hinting at Fusion, but I belive Holiday 2016 is the best release date.

I could see something like the handheld Fusion variant for say March-May 2016 and the home console/home hub variant for say fall 2016. 

Late 2016 is cutting things a bit tight because they need to make a profit that fiscal year and a big one at that, and usually platforms that launch late in the fiscal year don't profit really until the following year. 3DS and Wii U will be out of gas after 2015 I think. 

That sounds accurate. March 2016 then will be the best month to release the handheld part of Fusion.
