MS seem to be making some good decisions, but they still made some bad ones in the beginning (all the way from E3 2013). Nintendo seem to keep making mostly bad decisions imo and they haven't really found a remedy to make things better at all for their Wii U and the 3DS keeps on nosediving on the charts as well.
If you look at the companies as a whole; no one in their right mind could vote Nintendo and if it's console division only; MS still has them beat for the last couple of years. I maintain that the Wii U is and was a mistake from the very beginning.
