I find this commercial more neutral than anything.
Now MK7's commercial was 100% aimed at kids.

The live action was not to my liking, but those sorts of teasers help people wonder what the commercial will be about, and draw the audience in, so it's not that bad. This should be the first of a trilogy of MK8 commercials starring that live action guy, each aired for a couple of weeks at least. That creates a sense of importance in the minds of some kids (me circa 1999). |
I would hope that a year long marketing plan /= 1 US commercial. ;p
