My biggest issue was the WiiMote. It should never have been the standard controller. I wanted to like the Wii but the WiiMote was simply annoying in most games.
What I personally missed was some sort of trophy support. I have fond memories of some old Nintendo classics and I would really like having a trophy collection for gaming classics like Zelda, Mario and Metroid. After having played so many PS2 Classics and HD remakes on the PS3 I have the feeling that Nintendo is missing on a great feature (if the trophies are done right).
