Arcadey shooters aren't very popular to equal their costs. Star Fox demands the best graphic quality but it isn't very engaging  to gamers in general so costs are higher and profits are low

Speak for yourself. Quite frankly, considering there has not been a true, 100% "arcadey shooter" Star Fox since the N64, saying that there isn't enough interest or market in a new one is, I'm sorry to say, entirely invalid. Because there simply isn't evidence to back that up.

The 3DS remake sold pretty well, in all honesty, at over 700k. That's pretty good for a remake not called Zelda or Mario. And interest in remakes is usually far lower than for brand new games. Just ask WWHD. The point is, if Nintendo presented gamers with a brand new, gorgeous, epic HD Star Fox, that was very much in the vein of SF64 (as it should be), I am certain there would be a huge amount of hype for it, and it would sell at LEAST 1 million, most likely more.
