Take a look here.
The game is looker, don't get me wrong, but the texture on the road really isn't anything to write home about. You can also see that minimal anit-aliasing was done by looking at Toad's model.
The game does not graphically compare to the best of last gen, but I am absolutely certain Nintendo will be able to truly push the Wii U to the max with Zelda or Metroid.
