Which would be fine if not for the fact that according to this video sometimes the replay works and sometimes it does not.  If the same replay at times works then it means the stored data is correct.


There is some randomness in Smash Bros. (as in most games) about how much power an attack has and other things. If the replay generates a new random number on each playthrough (bad programming practice) then for some matches the outcome can vary. Reasons for doing so could include space saving.
