Will "Code Name: S.T.E.A.M." be Nintendo's answer to Microsoft's Sunset Overdrive?

YEah the STEAM name make me very interested. Hopefully this will be revealed at E3. I'm guessing this is either Miyamoto's secret game to prove gamepad or its another Platinum game that they started after W101 or its the Retro game... if its Retro then maybe its a western focused TPS experience.
