No. You are losing only the free games. PSN Plus discounted games stay with you even after you drop the subsription. PSN Plus has many features and free games and discounted games are treated seperately. They aren't going to take away what you outright paid for at a discount. The perk of PSN+ at its base (outside of multiplayer now) are the free games which you get to try at a lengthy period of time. You have a base set of free games which stay for like two or three months and then you have the rest which change monthly.
