As mentioned it won't "save" the Wii u but it can give it a boost. If MK8 can generate the right kind of interest and then Nintendo drop a great E3 it might just make things better, if only marginal.

But Nintendo being Nintendo and Iwata being Iwata ...

At last I can finally play another Wii u game since SM3DW that seems so loooong ago.
