Lol. Well isn't the bet that the 360 will sell more? If they sell the same amount Gebx is gone. Unless of course the bet is that the "PS3 won't outsell," in which case you would still be gone if they were dead even.
It's like Chrono said, you guys can live with being away for one week, but Gebx gone for three months would mean that VGC loses one third of it's non-360 haters for a quarter of a year;)
