Yes, I actually think so too. Just release the PS3, X360 and Wii again in the emerging markets. But I like this idea too.

No, not really. Nintendo and Sony imported games already sell more than MS. PSP is the most popular gaming platform here, if we focus on consoles. And PS3 is the most popular home-console.
