Only 1 game so far (and 2 others almost there). That said, it's pretty hard to guess how the Vita is doing software wise. A lot of its sales seem to be digital, which VGC doesn't track.
OT: Good sales considering the WiiU's own sales , but completely expected. Nintendo's game always sell well on their own systems, since they have a pretty dedicated core market that will always buy their consoles for their games.
