I think that's across all 3 platforms. It's currently at 2.5M. So 3.5M expected to sell in the next 7 months (or maybe 2.5M expected to sell since 6M is only the shipped figure they want). Take from that what you will

it will fail to reach 6m, unless it can do much of that before Destiny kills all intrest in other shooters.
