Basic idea is a baseball RPG where you control a single player. So you'll set his training regiment and then play any part of games he is in where he would actually have to interact with the ball. If you pick a pitcher you'll throw however many innings your character is put in for by the coach, if you play outfield you'll play when at bat and when the ball is hit somewhere that you'd actually have to field it. Work your way up from the AA minor league type teams to a point where you get pulled into one of the major league teams building your character up all the way.
