Will Watchdogs be the last chance for third parties on the Wii U?

It's budget, but not all AAA games have the budget GTAV had. And if you have proof that the marketing for GTAV cost more than Bayo 2 I'd love to see it. Point is you have no idea what the budget is, period. (though we do know it's going to be bigger than Bayo 1, because some of the cut scenes weren't complete and had to be shown in multiple still frames with voice over.)
