I don't think it's possible for someone to claim they have zero preferences of any kind. Even if it changes frequently depending on hardware or software when you sit down infront of your TV and get some time to game you are always going to picture one contoller in your hand moreso than another.
While I myself love collecting games and playing games on anything that can run them.... I currently find myself in love with Sony hardware, the only time I don't have my Vita near me is if it is charging and my PS3 happens to be my system of choice for watching stuff on because my gold Sub ran out and so did my ability to watch youtube/netflix on my 360. That said I still have around 60 3ds games in my backlog and over 100 360 games that need to be played too, but if I had to flick a coin that was heads for only playing on Sony hardware or tails for MS hardware I know which side I'd prefer it to land on before I flicked it.... if that makes sense.
