I hope Ganon(dorf). He's been away for quite some time now, he deserves to be back again. I definitely hope it won't be Vaati. He's the most uninteresting villain they ever had and the games he was in are amongst my least favorites. Luckily, there's practically no chance this'll happen.
If they don't bring back Ganondorf, it'll be a new villain. They won't bring back any one of these minor villains.
