I've also wondered why some believe that western publishers are biased and want Nintendo to fail. That doesn't make any sense. If a publisher estimate that a Wii U release will be profitable they'll make it.
With the exception of EA (BF 3, NFS, Crysis 3 and sports games) and Take 2 (GTA V and sports games) I think that western publishers have provided strong support for the Wii U. Especially compared to japanese publishers whose only games on Wii U are funded/published by Nintendo (Super Smash Bros, Hyrule Warriors, Bayonetta 2, The Wonderful 101, Sonic Lost World, Mario & Sonic at the Olympics, Fatal Frame V, Ninja Gaiden 3, Shin Megami Tensei X Fire Emblem, etc).
