Bandai-Namco: as with Capcom, I am hard pressed to name major home console titles released by these guys in the past year and the immediate future. The Wii U did get a Tekken game at launch and their cooperation in Smash Bros development gives them some good publicity.

The Bandai side is the relevant part and I would submit that they release multiple "major" home console titles... just all of them are geared towards the Japanese market.  Which admittedly isn't a huge player in the grand scheme of things, but it's a big enough deal that Nintendo should be caring about it.

All the anime stuff goes through Bandai.  Gundam; One Piece; Dragon Ball; Kamen Rider; Naruto; Jojo.  I'd say they all got a level of sales that was respectable enough to be worthwhile.

That's fair, but the bolded part is important. Those properties are huge in Japan, but (excluding Dragon Ball) are rather niche in the West, so of course Western Nintendo fans wouldn't be likely to make a big stink about these games being Sony/Xbox exclusives. And considering the quality of recent DBZ titles, I don't see any reason for Nintendo console owners to be upset about their inability to experience DBZ Kinect or Battle of Z. Same as with Colonial Marines.
