Their is almost no chances imo that any bad guys but Ganondorf would return for ZeldaU. Majora, Girhahim and Demise were clearly one game villains, same thing for Hyuga. As for Vaati, hes always been a portable villain.
It will either be Ganondorf or a new villain. If I had to bet, i'd say we will have both kinda like TP. I would be really surprised if we dont see Ganondorf since he has not been in a Zelda game since TP. It's been around 7years that we have'nt seen him. He was'nt in Spirit Tracks, he was'nt in Phatom Hourglass, Skyward Sword or ALBW, so he will be back for ZeldaU.
