I would argue that Capcom, SE and Konami are more relevant than the ones who are actually supporting WIi U so it doesnt really balance out. I think UBI right now is doing a better job than any other 3rd party Japanese or otherwise

The lack of FF and KH is obviously a loss for the Wii U, but I can't see what good Capcom has given anybody the last decade and Konami basically only have Metal Gear Solid. Platinum Games >>>>>Capcom 2014 in my opinion.

thats your opinion you are welcome to it, but lets be real sales and reception says otherwise. you cant judge on one year alone especially when its not over. and lets be even more real. PG isnt withing spitting distance of Capcom. Period. RE only games from the last decade crush everything PG has done in the same time period. (not talking if its good or not, subjective) and thats just ONE of Capcom's series.
As for Metal Gear? so what, even if thats it thats still a big IT and something the WIi U isnt getting. But i think it goes back to what others were saying that alot of these companies are not that relevant so they are less up in arms. I dont agree with it but it makes sense.

I know Capcom still sell a lot of games and have a lot of IPs. Monster Hunter is absoulutely huge. I believe RE 4 is the greatest videogame off all time, but that was released in 2005. I also liked RE5, but that franchise never reached anything close to what it achieved 9 years ago.
Platinum Games was founded in 2006 by by Shinji Mikami, Atsushi Inaba and Hideki Kamiya, the former key members of Capcom's Clover studio and still retains many of its other former members. Mikami created the RE franchise and also directed RE4. I feel that Capcom's creativity and soul went into Clover and then Platinum.

ok, not really relevant as even RE of today is still above just about anything PG as done. its like trying to compare Atlus to Square, sure one fell off but they still carry more weight.
