I have an Xbox 360 and a PS3. If the Wii U version of a game is the superior one or uses the gamepad in a clever way I purchase that version. If it is a multiplayer game and I have a higher likelihood of other friends purchasing it on one of the other machines I will buy the other version to play with them (since none of them have Wii U's).
