A lot of these things are within the realms of possibility, even if it's fake, which it likely is.
They're kind of 'safe' guesses, as it contains a lot of things the fan base have been asking for years. More exploration? Sure, we'd want that. Hundreds of side-quests, item upgrades, a style inspired by the 2011 tech-demo? Sure, that'd be cool. 150 hours of gameplay? Please!
However, there's no way the game will be released this holiday. As much as I'd like it, I refuse to believe that.
