Two things:
1- the lack of HD resolution. I keep looking at the best-looking games on the Wii and thinking "wow, how awesome would that look in HD!". The fact that the Dolphin emulator can do what the system can't, doesn't help.
2- they removed GC compatibility in 2011, I think. This pisses me off to no end, what's the point really? It was one of the main selling points of the console for some people (namely gamers who missed the GameCube's library - and considering the GC numbers vs. PS2 numbers, that was a lot).
