10% of the Wii U's 7.3 million (by then) userbase, buying Mario Kart 8 at launch, sounds possible.  That'd put the game at about 730,000 in sales, globally.  If you factor in the great deal that is the new Mario Kart 8 Wii U bundle...then you can definitely see perhaps a bump to 70,000 consoles sold for that week (if not more).  And if you add those console sales that include MK8 to the stand alone copy of the game, I'll go ahead and say that MK8's week one global release will equal 800,000 copies.

It'll be really interesting if MK8 really exceeds expectations and Nintendo just dominates with a marketing push...pulling off Number One in global console sales for a week or two.

That topic on its own would make for an interesting thread in my opinion.  So basically, instead of seeing a jump from 30,000 globally to 70,000 globally, for two weeks, can Wii U achieve say 150,000 followed by 130,000, edging out PS4 and 3DS by a good margin?
