I disagree with all those points except for the special effects - they were balls. In this films defense, though, it was released during a time when super hero movie effects were at an all time low. I really don't know what was going on back then.
Loki was awesome, though, and I thought the plot was...decent. Nothing special, but I didn't think it sucked.
