But not far to be as much as at 30fps, so since realism is more important for most people than framerate since you like most people didnt care about 30fps in PGR , F:Horison or NFS, they go for realism and they are right, immersion is more important, framerate is just one thing among others in the immersion.

Framerate affects gameplay more than the added graphical flourish that 30fps allows though.

I disagree, Immersion and variety offered by dynamic time of time and weather does a lot more to the gameplay than 60fps. Plus a solid 30fps is better than trying to reach 60 fps in a racer and then end up with screen tearing or regular drops to 30 or 40fps with v-sync. Screen tearing is ugly and distracting, drops to 30 fps disorienting, drops to 40fps a bit better but requires double buffering, thus added input lag. All add judder.
To get a stable 1080p60 they probably would have to cancel the dynamic day/night lighting, or drop the res to 720p. Both not worth it to me.
