It's one of those games where nothing stands out as particularly great, and some stuff is actually kind of a drag (the dungeons are all very same-y), but it's somehow greater than the sum of its parts. Maybe it's just the wacky premise of the thing that makes it work.
Not great by any means, and definitely no Persona despite the simliarities, but a good time for genre fans who don't have a social justice chip on their shoulder all the time.
