They even had him on video so his intention should've been able to see through that. And shooting without warning is another thing.
There is so much wrong with this that it just can't be justified with "I am allowed to shoot anyone on my property."

I could happen in pretty much any country in the world.

The only thing shocking about it is how forthcoming he was with having baited the person.

I was more alluding to the fact that he will probably not go to prison for this.

It's the same law in Germany as it is Montana.
