Just want to update the people about how the event went! Because of the upcoming episode lineup, there won't be any room for this to be a video, so I'll just summarize and include a pic!
It was slower than last time, but I still had some decent groups. I also ran into a "covert" Nintendo fangirl that I eventually exposed because she seemed to know so much and owned a Wii U and 3DS, to later find out she was a Nintendo fangirl who was embarassed about it! She loved Pokemon, had an old purple 3DS that she sold so she could get the newer special edition Pokemon 3DS, got a Wii U on launch day, loves Pikmin 3... I mean, she's every male Nintendo fan's ultimate girlfriend! Of course, I was there to do an event, so no, I did not try to make anything happen!
A lot of people asked about Mario Kart, I was quite surprised. In fact, despite my sign stating that I will be there for Mario Kart 8 on June 5th (yup!), people asked if I had Mario Kart! There is definitely interest in that game from a general public perspective...
There are other smaller stories, but these events are a lot of fun, and I can't wait to do my Mario Kart 8 one next month!
