Yeah, they also said they wouldn't be cutting the Wii U's price. Companies lie. "Insiders" have no reason to.

Game companies trademark names all the time. Doesn't mean that they will be used, and doesn't count as an idecator of anything. The Pokemon company also trademarked Pokemon Orange. And just because it says "fighters" doesn't mean it's automatically a fighting game.
4. Probably, there have been a lot of hints for Majora's Mask, and hints for Metroid in general, and since a Wii U title seems unlikely to be released soon, a 3DS title would make sense. However I think Metroid 3DS would end up being early 2015.
5. You admit they're probably working on it, but don't think they'll show anything? They'll show something, just not much. Just a tease, a la Skyward Sword's single image reveal. We'll see a lot more at E3 2015. Remember, Yarn Yoshi and Fire Emblem x SMT were revealed pretty early in development too.
I think Nintendo's done doing cock-teases like that. They've already expressed a desire to only reveal game info right before it's release.
6. No doubt it'd get a name, but I'm still confident there's a chance it'll come this holiday, a month before SSB.

8. I actually think it'll release here in the states before Japan. Previous titles were only voiced in English. The anime was the first Bayonetta media to be voiced in Japanese.
There's already precident for the games releasing in Japan first. Maybe it'll release simultaneously, but definitely not in the US first.

12. Fuck Pacman. Pacman is fucking stupid. I'll be pissed if they reveal Pacman. But yeah, they'll probably reveal the Namco representative for SSB, and Pacman has an unfortunately high chance.
