A guy here in Minnesota(USA) was just convicted for killing two teens that had entered his home. We have a similar law to what is stated in the article. This guys home had been invaded/burglarized multiple times in the last year. The only real reason this guy was convicted was that he had an audio recording of what occurred and it was obvious that he was never in any real danger. The recording even had him shooting the teen and grumbling when his next shot was a misfire. He then went for the kill shot.
