50% of all PS3/X360 owners owning GTA4 is a bit over the top, I think. Sure, it's going to be a great hit, but not that great that half of the gamers are "brainwashed" into buying the game?
As for Wii Fit getting 10M sold with such a price tag, well, I don't think so either.
