Part of me thinks this is a reasonable prediction, while another part things he is underestimating Wii Fit ...
On its own, Wii Fit has a limited appeal and does have a strict limit to how many units it can sell. In my opinion what could really push Wii Fit to an unusual level of success (for an add-on) is that it is already receiving third party support, and if it receives a steady flow of support (potentially through WiiWare) its appeal could grow to be very large.
