The game is amazing and gets even better the more you progress. If you don't allow yourself to become too stressed about the competition from other players and the PvP, you can enjoy it just like a single player Elder Scrolls. I think you can turn off quest markers and hand-holding stuff too, just like you could in Skyrim.
The quests, storytelling and the Elder Scrolls lore is amazing, the combat is better than Skyrim's, the graphics are fantastic, the crafting is far better than Skyrim's and there's so much more content than in Skyrim. Plus there is the social interaction you get from an MMO, the trade with other players and a fantastic PvP.
All I want to do is play ESO. (the European servers are currently down for maintenance, which is why I stopped by VGC).
