I figured as much. Need for Speed ran at 30 fps and regardless of that, it played well. It appears that Evolution is more concerned about pushing the graphics in the game rather than amping the framerate to 60 fps. I'm a bit disappointed that Driveclub isn't going to be 60 fps, but at least we know that it isn't because that Evolution can't make it run at 60 fps, but rather they are prioritizing other aspects of the game. I wouldn't be surprised if "Driveclub 2" runs at 60 fps because by that time, Evolution will be more familiar with the PS4's architecture.
