I know they got patched afterwards. Doesn't mean it's a rule devs will follow in future (and especially that means that gamers actively want a locked framerate for reasons).

You knew this was coming.

Actually I always doubted DC to be 60 with these graphics I really hope they have it locked - for more and less fps that is!
