There aren't much of any Japanese centric games on the PS4. It is very much a western shooter box as of now. I don't think such a console appeals to Japanese gamers.
Most of the support from Japanese devs seem to be towards PS3 and Vita. In fact I myself an waiting for the PS4 to receive support from Japanese devs.
