Sports pundits are talking their way around the biggest sports story of the year? Oh my, where's my shocked face...?
On what basis? He can hardly argue that the NBA is conspiring against him with other team owners, and since they are suspending him rather than trying to sell the team out from under him, he has no real recourse. He could sue just to make a stink of things, but based on what we know he wouldn't stand a chance.
