Watch what you say! if the other person records you without your knowledge be prepared to lose you home, family and job!

Freedom of speech only works as long as the majority agree with it.

The first amendment limits the power of the government, not that of private citizens.  If he is in breach of his contract with the NBA, then they can take whatever actions are stipulated in that contract.  It doesn't matter what the majority (well other than the people involved in this decision) thinks.  The majority of people might dislike Comcast for example, but a Comcast employee speaking ill of the company probably won't last long.

Yep and if you ever say something that anyone could possibly take offence too and record it your employer will sack you.

In the part of the UK I live the local police have signs up asking people to report those we overhere saying anying that could be offensive to someone as it's a nice easy arrest and boosts there figures no matter that it can cost someone there job.

Racisim should only have a legal consequence if you actively discriminate or harass someone not becuase someone is being a nosy bastard.

Sterling has a long history of being a racist and actively discriminating against minorities in his other business ventures (real estate).  He never should have been alowed to own the Clippers to begin with.
