A innocent teenager got killed for nothing. He was someone's son, and now he is dead.

But we do know that TM was in possession of stolen goods at his school and expelled. As for being innocent, we know thats not true. Just because he wasn't commiting any robberies at the time doesn't mean he is onnocent. Logical fallacy in your argument. Are rapists innocent because they aren't robbing anyone?
