Well, yes, I suppose you could say that. I'd rather have two AAA titles (ala Sonic Adventure/ Soul Caliber) than 30 so so titles.
3 of those titles were very good games mind you. Panzer, Virtua Fighter and Daytona are all classics. As for the Sonic thing, they had one in development, but they eventually canceled it.
