Remember; Starcraft II will probably have a lot lower req's than most think, even Starcraft 1 demanded very little of your rig at the time of its arrival.
There's no doubt you'll play Starcraft II with all settings on virtually max, possibly without a single glitch.
Blizzard make games that are kind to the weaker systems, and I can't think of a single Blizzard title that was taxing on a PC
Short version; you'll do fine, the rig is ample to play it!
