I guess it depends on who you are, for me E3 has always been about the reveals, the megatons, the content. 

I'm of course assuming Nintendo's equivalent of a press conference, being their Digital Event thing, will be atleast decent! Afterall they've got plenty of games to talk about like Zelda U, Smash Bros., Monolith's X, Yoshi Yarn, SMTxFE, Bayonetta 2, Sonic Boom, Hyrule Warriors, and there has to be newly unveiled games as the 3DS currently has nothing but Smash post E3!
