At least they will order these extra copies and give the game more shipments! If we all do this then Wii U games will have a nice boost. I just hope Gamestop gives my pre-order money back eventually. I only paid 5 dollars per order. Eventually, I will buy the actual game. But I must get Child of Light, then Hobbit, then Spiderman 2. Will anyone join me? Does my or will my fantasy plan actually work? |
But, aren't you actually doing Nintendo a disservice, achieveing exact opposite.
You preorder all those games, then don't pick them up, stores end up with excess stock, see that WiiU games don't sell and then in turn order even less of the future titles.
If you really have all that extra cash, and are a fan of Nintendo that much, might I suggest purchasing stock in the company.
It is currently at $13 (http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/ntdoy). Being a shareholder, no matter how big or small, you actually have a vote in company meetings, and perhaps your energy can be used then to gather more small shareholders and draft a strategy for the future.
