Wow, I missed this thread first go around. It's my personal experience that most people who called for the head of Zimmerman didn't follow the trial and only listened to the initial botched media coverage. If they didn't say he was white then there would be no public outcry to get a special prosecution to try Zimmerman. They also edited tapes to make him sound like he jumped to conclusions faster than he did. Also, reported that he called Trayvon a coon when he said punk.
Zimmerman called the non emergency police line. It wasn't even based off of race. It was based off of what clothes Trayvon was wearing, not being recognizable in a close knit gated community and casually walking in poor weather conditions.
Trayvon was bashing Zimmermans head into the ground continuously and Zimmerman was calling for help as reported by multiple witnesses.
Zimmerman shot one bullet into the chest that hit the heart.
Police investigate. Don't press charges. Media gets wind and botches coverage. Trial. Facts come out. Not guilty verdict.
