I've watched Uncharted DF developer diaries (iirc) and I think it was Wells or Balestra who said that the transition from PS2 to PS3 was a disaster, and had a lot of problems, worked their asses off making an engine from scratch for the PS3, not one line reused, they lost a lot of people back then. Hell they lost their founders Gavin and Rubin. |
im not worried too, because at the end of the day these games are made by a 100 man team, there are many many talanted people in the team and any can be promoted to fill in. also, these guys are naughty dog, the top of the top when it comes to developers, it would be quite easy to replace them considering their status and the fact that they are located in the states.
